Not the colour I asked for!!I said I wanted an ash shade dark blonde. This has made my hair lighter and turned it orange and green at the same time!! ConsistencyI like your product very much and having the choice to customize the color is great. My problem is the consistency. I can't put it on using the bottle method, it is too thick and does not come out of the bottle. So I have to brush it on, which is very hard, if you do it yourself, because you cannot do the back. HorribleMy hair is ruined it's supposed to be blonde I ordered to touch up my roots now my hair is blue-gray I'm so sick over it! Don't order light ash blonde it's actually blue gray! I don't even want them to send color to fix . Not perfect, but very easy to doThe color for my roots and for my ends came out almost incongruous to the rest of my hair. Hopefully, a second dye in a few weeks will solve that issue. this did not cover my greyI have white and grey hair. I left this on for 30 minutes per the instructions and when I washed it out I still had grey roots! Color wasnt right.Too much ash. My hair had a taupe look to it, rather than rich brown w/ warmth from gold. I also naturally have red hilights and my hair grabs red, so I don't think I would want any added ever so slightly, but definitely no ash.
