Dull & LifelessThe color didn't come out as light as I wanted and made my hair just look dull and feel lifeless. My normal colorist had to correct the disaster on my head. Just NoWas looking forward to going back to blonde. I’m naturally a medium blonde who dyes a little bit lighter and more golden and was hoping for something close to that but this is way darker. I’m not even sure I would call this blonde. Basically my hair is now a very boring shade of light brown. DarkerI asked for a light brown color & somehow I ended up with close to jet black hair. Not sure how I’ll be able to go back to a lighter color without damaging my hair.
