Kündigung aus gesundheitlichen GründenLeider habe ich Atemnot Probleme auf die ständige Anwendung der Produkte bekommen. Zuerst ein unerträgliches Brennen auf der Kopfhaut. Daraufhin wurde mein Immunsystem angegriffen und ich wurde krank. Es ist sehr schade da ich ihre Produkte gut fand. Ich habe seither starken Reizhusten. Arbeite im Krankenhaus auf der Gefäßchirurgie und darf auf keinen Fall mehr diese Produkte verwenden. Deshalb kündige ich meine Bestellung mit sofortiger Wirkung. Danke für ihre Zusammenarbeit. I don't knowI don't think I picked dark brown. But now my hair is brown, when before it was an awesome Violet. It looks like the color I got has Violet in it, but I don't think so. UndecidedMy hair is naturally gray and colored a goldish medium blonde. I like the color outcome on my hair that was already colored. However, the coverage on my roots was weak and only lasted a few weeks. Farbton toll, deckt nichtDer Farbton ist wunderschön, Handhabung ist okay, etwas aufwendig mit den zwei Farbtönen für Ansatz und Längen, allerdings werden meine grauen Haare nicht richtig abgedeckt. Does not wash out of hairI have used this product for years but now canceling my subscription. I liked the original formula but it seems to have changed and I have a problem rinsing it out. Even after the water runs clear, if I scratch my nails on my scalp, I get lots of color residue under my nails. Not worth the priceThe product is harder to use than your typical box root touch-up. For example, mixing the leftover color with water to rinse my hair is not the easiest thing to do- color everywhere! Plus, it didn't perfectly color my grays. I have to say that customer service was wonderful- canceled my subscription without any problems.
