It barely color my hair.Its a bit disappointing that it barely color my hair. I thought that when I click on my previous order as the one I want to buy it will sent me the same quantity as it specifies. It was 2 colors and 2 developer as this set was the one that works for me. Horrible color, multiple horrible colorsUPDATE: Filed complaint, sent another horrible product (should've been supplied 1st time) that I DID NOT WANT. Had cancelled after 1st disaster-NOW I'M RECEIVING MORE SHIPMENTS. I HATE THIS SCAM COMPANY THAT RUINED MY HAIR. I want unenrolled and money returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. What a disaster. Had light copper/orange hair (pictures provided), asked for same..and no burgundy/coppers. This apparently means mahogany and dark red to Esalon. Shocker, it’s burgundy/dark pink/brown. Roots horrible pinkish burgundy, rest of hair (not enough solution to cover) streaked, dull, and, yup, dark burgundy. Additionally, hair fell out in chunks. Washed several times to tone horrible red, only half lightened. Event coming up, what a nightmare. Can’t discuss with esalon, as customer service unavailable or closed during operating hours x3 days. Clearly didn’t read my color requests, easier to use box salon. At least can gauge colors. Horrible, ugly, false advertising. Looks cheap, dull, dry, splotchy, and tacky color. Too RedEvery colour I have had I have asked that a little more ash should be added to get rid of the red. This last colour was redder than ever and I shall not have any more. Completely unsatisfiedI was really looking forward to receiving this product I was pretty excited. It burned my scalp it was extremely strong way stronger than any box kit I've ever had from the store I couldn't breathe I had to open all my windows which really didn't help since it was raining out my color came out dull and disgusting the ends were lighter than the rest of my hair which I've never experienced. I will not be purchasing this product again. I did go and buy argan oil developer and argan oil hair color from Sally Beauty Supply and it is the best I have ever used. No burning no disgusting smell no ammonia. Thanks for nothing I will say I'm very grateful that the other hair dye Argan Oil saved my hair after using your product otherwise I'd be demanding my money back. I didn't take any photos cuz who the heck wants to take a photo of themselves looking like that. I just quickly wanted it gone. I understand I may be the exception to the rule and other people may love this product and I think that's great and I'm happy for them and I'm sad that it didn't work for me.
