ImpressiveI used esalon first time. Communication was great. I got a honest advice after I described my hair colour issues. I used my new hair colour today , It so much better than the commercial hair colours. I know my hair issue is complex ,it will take few more months till the colour will be perfect. Best hair color and customer service ever!Thank you so much for getting my color to me in CA and waving the charge! I checked at home in PA and the box never showed up.
