Couleur en adéquation avec ma demandeCe mois ci j’ai demandé un réajustement de la teinte afin de faire plus cuivré mais avec moins de reflets rouges. Love this!!I had my hair dyed at a salon a few months ago and I wasn't thrilled with the color. I was a bright copper orange and was looking to have a more natural, copper color. I was super nervous when the dye was on my hair because the color looked way off. Once I rinsed it and got out of the shower, I couldn't believe how beautiful the color was. It's perfect!! I am SO impressed!Not only is the color a perfect match....but it looks so natural! And the coverage on my greys.....chefs kiss!!! I'm so thankful that I tried out this product. My hair looks and feels great. Liked productI liked the product and how simple everything was. I didn't get the results I was expecting for the first color session. However they immediatly credited my account and I was able to get an updated color in the mail 2 days later. The customer service was amazing. I still feel like it isn't as dark as I wanted but my hair has natural red tone so I feel like that is part of my issue.
