My new favoriteLoved the hair dye, directions were easy to follow, loved having color stain remover especially since I’m brunette. I stopped going to salon because a colorist stained my forehead and then couldn’t get stain off! Very embarrassing two days. 2nd Color application: NO GOOD!My initial custom color package was wonderful! High quality coverage that lasted and made my hair soft and silky. So I decided to allow my recurring order to continue. My second round of color was no where near the first experience! Right after washing out the color, I still had gray hairs that the color didn’t penetrate even though I applied the color the same way I had done the first time. In addition, my hair felt VERY dry and brittle. It felt like straw to the touch. I don’t know if esalon sends you very good color initially to hook you, and then sends inferior quality products thereafter but I’m very unhappy with my second application and will probably be canceling future orders. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

colour not what I ordered/expectedHair came out much darker than I wanted. Went to the trouble of lightening in a salon (at significant cost) only to have it undone by a bad colour formula. Custom colour setThis is my third order. The first order was excellent with covering greys although a little too dark in tone. The second order was horribly darker and I was upset as I requested a lighter shade which was not possible as they were afraid that my roots would go orange in colour, so I was sent the same tonality that had to be applied to the roots only. I followed the instructions, but upon washing the product out not only I was left with a horrible waxy residue; I was darker in shade all over. The third time, it seems I’ve been given a slightly lighter shade, my hair is still wet so I don’t know how it will turn out, however, a horrible waxy residue is left on my hair. It’s sticky and greasy and the last time it took three days to wash out. I’ve put my next order on hold for the moment.
