Exceeds expectationsI was not expecting the product to be so good. The color is perfect and after the application my hair remained softer than before. The only thing is that some of my white hair were not completely covered, maybe I need to leave it longer or put more quantity of the product. Overall, very happy! Love,love, love, my colorMy first color was much to red. Decided to try 1 more time. Boy was I glad I did.. I spoke to colorist & she made adjustment . I am a senior citizen & not only have I received many compliments on my hair color but I love the texture & shine of my hair. I used to have to color every 3 weeks to hid the gray with drugstore products. 1 month later I still have no grays. E salon products r worth every penny. I am trying to talk my 2 daughters to buy it. Love shampoo & conditioner & can’t wait to try your other products. Like I said I am a senior on a fixed income so for now will stay with my color, maybe will save for the lightner. High quality productThis is the first color that has evenly colored my hair from roots to ends. It is fading out now but I believe that is partially due to my hair being naturally curly and course. Gray hairI tried the new formula I like the color but I still have Gray hair strands this could be due to washing it twice and I am confused on what you refer to as the roots and the ends so I put a little on the ends I want to put a clear gloss on it to help it not get so frizzy every time I get in humidity II notice you have a clear gloss but I believe it's cheaper in the store....still fighting the frizz and I would like to use the color all over 0 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

I asked for lighter, when done, my hair was almost black again.The first order I got was insanely red. I couldn't use it. You guys were happy to send a replacement package at no extra charge, which I appreciate, but the replacement was super dark. Roots faded too quickly and were too red.Color of length of hair was perfect. Roots were too red and worsened as the days passed. Two weeks after applying color, too much gray is showing at the roots.
