Two missing orders and tracking links that dont workI was a big fan of the hair dye. But something went wrong during the order before that where i just never received the package or a tracking link. I had to wait 12 businessdays only to have it proof that it wont show up. The customer service was friendly by emailing me that they would and it again. I received notificatian and a link, only the link is for royal mail in GB and it keeps telling me that its an incorrect link. I have now spend money again cause my hair is starting to look awful as we are 4 weeks further and ordered again only to receive another tracking link that does not work. So i am not keeping my hopes up on receiving this one. Medium ash brownI started with blonde to wanting a medium ash brown. I do feel like the dye is a quality product and didn’t smell horrible like a box dye but the mix I got was very dark. Cannot get color correctAfter a year of constantly having to ask for my color adjusted to get it to the tone I desired from the start, one would think that it would be close enough that I may be happy. Instead, my color is awful and I’m spending a significant amount to have corrections done. There was one single time when I was in tears because the color was so bad that I received a complimentary color, other than that I was told that an adjustment would be made for the color that was to come in 8 or so weeks. My spouse cringes after I dye my hair and I try to avoid mirrors.
