No-BrainerThis takes all the guesswork, hesitation and "hope for the best" with hair color decisions. The color is custom made just for you! None of the shades in the store were exactly what I was looking for but this product was just perfect. In case you need to tweek it a little, just look at the formula they send with the package and let your colorist know. They respond very quickly and provide terrific customer service.
