Fantastically easyThe packaging was complete without a detail neglected. The instructions were exact and simple to follow .The color was exactly what was shown. It is easy to interact with your colorist to make any modifications . I am so pleased. I added photos with my request so that my colorist can give me feedback and suggestions. The best at-home hair dye I’ve ever used...The kit is really well put together (love the stain remover wipe!), easy instructions and the dye covers all my hair evenly. But what really makes the esalon experience great is the team that puts together your individual colour based on the information you give them. It’s unique to your hair type and colour - not a “one size fits all” approach of regular at-home box dyes. Personally I’ve made little tweaks to what I’d like my colour to be each time and each time they’ve adjusted it perfectly to my request. Ces produits sont tout simplement magiques. Je n'ai jamais eu d'aussi beaux cheveux, éclatants et doux. Couldn’t be easier or prettierThis product is perfect and easy for home hair color. My hair grows out fast. The continuous time consuming touch up appointments were expensive and tiring. The results with this product is far and above any off the shelf box color.
