First time user....I used my new kit today. It came with the root color separate from the end color. It wasn’t complicated and smelled so good. My scalp was not itchy and dry and my color is nice and even. My grays are banished and my ends are not muddy! I will want to adjust my next color however as I would like a darker and richer outcome but for the first time trying this, I was impressed. 100% pleased with my custom haircolorI've just colored with my first kit. Beautiful color, exceptional gray coverage. Step by step instructions guided me through each step, and results are spectacular! Everything you need is included in the kit, my hair feels soft and healthy after coloring. Perfect!Absolutely in love with my color. The ease of ordering and phenomenal customer service will keep me coming back month after month. I have always used a box color from a local store, but within days of coloring, the color would fade, my grays would start peeking through and I was having to color every 3 weeks. I started with this product last month and fell in love. It has been 3 weeks and no color fade! No grays coming through! Love This Hair ColorI started coloring my hair when I was in high school. I was a bit sceptical of ordering from esalon, but I wasn't happy with the results from my salon. It has taken me a couple of months to use the custom color sent to me but I am extremely satisfied with the results, after using it today. When I received my order I was impressed with their packaging because it included everything I needed from detailed instructions to the final creme rinse. Love it!!Best hair color I have used to date! The color is perfect! I chose the Darkest Brown Mahogany Red. Absolutely love it!
