Great coverage!First time using this product. Although my color was a bit darker than I had hoped, the greys were gone! I liked how the package I received had everything I needed to color my hair. So many complimentsIt took a few dyes to completely cover my old crappy box-dye red color but even from the first time I used esalon I have had waiters, people on the street, coworkers, and old friends tell me how much they love this color. It's perfect for my skin tone and it doesn't bleed on towels or sheets like many red dyes do. It's beautiful and seems to keep my hair healthier than others. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. I was a skeptic...I have used hair color for years but found I was having to color more frequently as my gray roots did not seem to absorb the color well. So, I took a chance on this product. I was skeptical that the color would be right (it was!) or that the product would cover better (it does!). It has now been 3 weeks since my first color experience and I don't have to touch up yet!! my gray is coveredI am new to hair color till I looked in mirror I looked as old as my mother. This is the 3rd time I colored my hair. One turned orange and one covered my gray for 2days. Wonderful beautiful colorExactly what I wanted! No way I could have achieved the mixture of color from a box! Anyone who knows me knows I want to be a red head and everytime I've tried with a box color I'm always an orange head. With the color from esalon I have the perfect mixture of red and brown. Perfect EVERY time!As someone who lives in a remote location, finding my right color in stock was always an issue. Or the company changed the color a little. With eSalon, its perfect every time, it arrives on time and I don't have to worry about anything. On top of that, one time the product got lost in the mail. They shipped me another free of charge right away! Love this company!! They have simplified my life and I absolutely love this product! Perfect results - ALWAYSI have been using this service for several years now and have been 100% satisfied with every color application. Even my stylist is impressed with how healthy my hair is and the quality of the color. They want to know what brand eSalon uses :-) Shipping is perfect, the site is easy to use and any time I have wanted an adjustment it has been smooth sailing. The communication is outstanding. I highly recommend this product/service. If you are coloring at home and are buying from the store - try this once and you will be convinced. The color product is superb, the kit is a blessing with the color block and remover + the shampoo and conditioner/gloves make this a pleasure to use. I have saved a ton of money and time - I no longer have to sit at the salon for hours and save about 100/six weeks now.
