Very Bad Quality Hair ColorI noticed that it wasn't working well when 30 minutes passed and I didn't see the roots any lighter. I followed directions and didn't get good results at all. It did not cover grays at all and my scalp and hair are still extremely dry from the product. I will not be ordering again in the future. Wish it lasted moreI have highlights and I don't use regular shampoo. I use hair cleaner with no sulfates and I clean my hair twice a week. The grey coverage starting fading quicker than expected. Not enough pigmentation to color my hair to my desired color.I am canceling my account and will not order again. I sent pics of the color of my hair and sent a pic of the desired color I was seeking. I'm not saying this is a bad product but it does not work for me and my gray hair. I followed directions and even extended time left on as I know I have a lot of gray. While this product may or may not contain more pigment then shelve bought colors but not enough to achieve the color I was seeking. Did not fully cover the grayI love the color but it did not sufficiently cover my gray even from day one. The gray around my temples did not color at all. Way too darkI have only used the first box (the 2nd one is still in my bathroom cabinet) and it was way too dark. I've been meaning to call/write to see if I can return the 2nd box (still in shipper). Please advise as to the process of trying to get a refund?
