Color was TOO dark and I was VERY unhappy trying to cancel my account.Not only did I cancel my account PRIOR to the next scheduled ship date (the color was too dark and I did not wish to continue with this company) but they shipped and billed me ANYWAY. I am in the process of collecting my money back and having a hard time getting information on exactly WHERE the product is since my account shows I bought the unwanted color on a SATURDAY and it is now 8 days later and it has not arrived at my home. Quick fadeAt first I was pretty excited about the color and even the packaging with my name written all pretty across it. But on the 2nd day I noticed the my gray strands had a brassy look to it, so it was still pretty light. And now on the 4th day the color has completely washed out on half of the grays that's with 50 min processing & only 2 washes! ☹️ Granted the color is still prevalent in the rest of my hair but it's the gray hair I'm trying to hide hence the coloring. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. two tonethe two bottles one for roots and one for ends was a mistake. My roots turned out orange and the ends still had blonde in them because it said only leave it on ten mins I think one color on ends longer would have turned out better. Color oh my!I have been a client for almost a year. The colorists have not to my satisfaction to mix a formula to cover my grey without making it brassy and red.It does not blend well. You can see where I have covered the grey. I don't have that much grey. I have brown hair.
