Good productThe color came out verynice very nice. The only thing was that there was not enough dye fo my hair. I left a note for the colorist but didnt recieve any additional dye the second time around. I also needed more gray coverage. Not impressedPlus side-The color kit & instructions were simple and easy to follow. Down side-The Color was way darker & more red then copper.. not even close to the color I was expecting. Just HorribleAsked for a color change to reflect a slightly darker ash blonde. Once I colored my hair, which is easy to do in my home, my hair was a bright red. It was horrible. I had an appointment to get hilites but once my hair stylist saw the color and that I was soooo upset with the color, she helped change the color. She did what she called CPR on my hair. Now my hair color is a darker mousey brown with red hilites. I don't like the color but under the circumstances I have to live with it until late August when she can do something with it. My total expense to get this mousey brown that I absolutely hate is $23 for esalon product and $65 for the CPR.. very upset and want to unsubscribe to the program. Thank you for reading my message. Awesome color, but didn't lastThe color was excellent and as I had requested, although you could see a slight difference between the roots application and the main hair color application. It did initially color my gray well, but did not last as long as I was hoping it would. My first disappointmentI still love the company and how my hair feels after, unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the color. I'm not placing 100% blame on you guys, but my hair didn't change much from what it was. I don't think a single person noticed.
