Color match is very good, however, if you have grays.....It fails to fully cover the grays with a 30 minute treatment when dying red hair. Red is difficult to get into the hair cuticle. It works better on pigmented hair than on grays. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Definitely a two person jobJust did my first esalon coloring job. Definitely needed two people to get good results. I asked a co-worker for her honest opinion of my haircolor. She said it looked splotchy - kind of like I spent time out in the sun and the top was bleached by the sun. I went from a light brown to a darker brown. I just am not happy. Will not do it again. I'll be recoloring with a box color again tomorrow and deep conditioning. I used the brush method as described in the instructions. The color is very drab.
