Love the ease of coloring!I love how easy it is to color my hair now. It is nice being able to change my color when I am bored as well. I don’t worry about getting a color that might not look good since a licensed hair dresser is analyzing my hair to give me the best result. Love itLove this product. It extremely easy to pick your hair color. The mixtures are well done, comes with easy to follow instructions. Best colour I have ever tried.I have been using this for nearly 7 years. It is by far the best colour I have ever tried and I never went back once I tried it. I get compliments on my hair colour all the time and people are very surprised when I tell them I actually colour my own hair and use a colour that is conveniently delivered to me. I love the fact that I can adjust my order frequency, skip an order, or get it sooner if I need it. Everything is packed so well, the instrucions are clear and overall it is super easy. I Like the extras like the gloves, shampoo and conditioner, everything I need is neatly packed for me in a single box. The customer service is great too. I once had a shipment with a burst bottle of developer - it only happened once in nearly 7 years and the weather was extremely cold at the time. They replaced the order within days at no charge.
