by my doing(not e salon), the first time around wasn't the exact result I hoped for... however it was handled Right Away(free of charge)and with a complimentary Goodbye Orange hair neutralizer(wich is AMAZING as well) added. Very pleased with the people / customer service and all of the products(the shampoo and conditioner is amazing as well!) Thank You!!

I love my color! This is the third time I have ordered it, and it has never failed to cover my grays, even though I am not particularly good at the dying process (it's been a learning curve for me!). The shade is perfect.
