eSalon: World class service and products!This review is long overdue. I've been a customer of eSalon for 2 years and never had one bad experience with either the products or delivery. I've had effortless email discussions with a colorist and made color adjustments to my blend - beautiful results every time. I have also used the weekly retreat conditioner and pro toner - great! Before finding eSalon, I used off-the-shelf products, expensive in-person salons, and one other online service: trust me, eSalon beats them all! Perfect match!They got it right the very first time! I went to a salon and had a terrible experience in color matching. 1000% happy with colorFrom the moment I opened the box I was impressed. Everything was labeled making it easy for me to navigate the process of coloring my own hair. The coloring itself has no odor while processing which is huge for me. I’ve tried others and they stink but not this one. I can’t say enough about the color. It’s absolutely perfect and my ends are not burned out or darker like usual.
