They listened!!I asked that my color be re-worked because I was spending a lot of time outside and up in the mountains. I asked that my color be lightened and added a bit more gold and no pearl. Demi Permanent Hair Color Superb!!I stopped using this brand years ago because I wasn't getting the desired results. I changed to another brand and lately was not happy with theirs either. I decided to give Esalon another try. They recommended I go with Demi-permanent since I was trying to grow out my gray! I can’t say enough about the color. It’s amazing!! Super coverage and beautiful shine!! It’s been four weeks, and the color looks no different than when I put it on. the best products I used at home in the last15 yearsThis product is amazing after they email me and let me know that the colour I chose will not be the best for my skin tone and they offer to send a different colour and an extra one specifically for my root free of charge I was already in love with the packaging before even I apply the beautiful shiny colour I believe the choice was made perfectly for me due to the picture I uploaded while answering the questions before purchase, I highly recommend this product it comes with everything you need in the process of perfect dye at home my hair look healthier than before the colour is very rich and shiny I love it.... 6 of 7 people found this review helpful. Love it!!!!This is the best color experience that I’ve had, so far. The quality of the product is excellent and your hair colorist is A ++++. The price is super affordable and aside is perfect, is delivered to your door. What else can you ask for?????? Great revision of colour thank youI’ve had colour here a few times now, and that last change to slightly darken my root shade, appears to be much better thank you .
