Since Covid my color assistant has made it easy for me to have the right coverage for my grays. She has accommodated some of the changes I requested . My color has my hair looking healthy & vibrant just perfectly for me.

I have been using Esalon products for a couple of years now. My own hairdresser has commented on how nice my colour is. Sarah from customer support was very helpful when l rang today. I always recommend Esalon to my friends. Linda

I really like the service provided by esalon - the personalisation of the products makes it a really delightful at home experience when having to monthly dye my hair. I really like the attention to details, also the accuracy of the color combination and the fact that I don't have to think about how the color will look like every month i have to buy a new hair dye for my roots.

E-Salon/Crystella created the perfect shade for me. I just wished I had ordered the brush applicator. Ordered the set with my next color shipment. E-Salon sent along a 2nd color for my ends too! Very pleased with my purchase. Thank you so much!
