Great color, great set!I love my color and the application is very easy! The instructions are straightforward, and the set comes with gloves, skin guard so you don't stain your face, and stain remover in case you spill on a surface. I'm just docking a star because I don't feel like there's enough of the "Ends" dye-- you get the same amount of Ends as you get for Roots which is kind of silly because you're obviously going to need more dye for the length of your hair versus the roots. AmazingI don’t know what kinda magic happened- but I am so in love with my color. The ladies at the salon made sure to stay in contact which made me feel confident, and I am blown away by how perfectly they color matched me. Better than salonI like this better than when I was getting my hair professionally done! I actually recently went to a salon again to have highlights done, and my hair color colored by them… It didn’t last as long or look as good! Also, eSalon wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your color and will make adjustments until you absolutely love it. Now, if only someone would come over and do it for me. Colour fantasticAfter having a few goes at getting the right colour we have finally got there and the colour is amazing I love all the products from this company they are great. This is not a light brownSomewhere in between chestnut and a darker brown. Definitely not light. My hair was blonde before this dye. It is now incredibly dark with red-orange tones thanks to esalon’s “recommendations.” This has ruined any chance I had of getting a light brown. Super disappointed. Didn’t send what I ordered!I’m a redhead or at least I was until I went gray. I ordered a color that I thought would give me back my red hair. eSalon decided, sight unseen, that I needed a color that was different from the one I ordered. I used that color today and I hate it! It really didn’t cover the gray. It’s not really red and my roots are pink. Did I say I hate it bc I really really hate it! Now I don’t know what to do. Great idea for personalised colour.It is a lovely idea as you can get hair colour adjusted for you and delivered to your door. Nice and easy way to use. However the colour is not holding on my hair for long and it washes away. Also shampoo added contains SLS.
