Love the color that was selected for me. The kit, instructions, and packaging are very well designed. The ammonia free doesn’t have the best gray coverage for me personally so resistant grays will most likely do better with other option.

I was a little nervous coloring my own hair from a light/medium brown to copper. However, I can honestly say my esalon personalized hair color is PERFECT 😍. Plus my husband loves it! 💕Thank you esalon!

I've been getting my hair done at a salon for a number of years now and can safely say that the quality of this product is the same as if I'd had my hair done in the salon. I highly recommend it.

My glasses bottle spilled out in my box & on my directions. When I called the lady on the other end apologized & said she'd send a replacement. The replacement shipment came in just a few days. Amazing customer service!
