3rd times a charm - my color is absolutely PERFECTION!I tweaked my formula 3 times before it was absolutely perfect. BUT, the first two were good, but still a smidge reddish than I wanted (my hair easily picks up reds). The color expert worked with me to tweak each one and now it's so so perfect. Little tweaks make a big difference. Thank you so much for this affordable way to dye my hair at home. I'm usually able to dye my hair in the morning while getting ready before starting work! None at all the color you actually told me I will get.When I did my color profile I actually I sent pictures, my current color, my expectation, I think yo do not even see it, the color I got is not even close the color you told me I will get, "I hate it" I was thinking give you another chance but after see my hair at the mirrow everywhere I just want to cancel my suscription, simply I hate this color. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Was skepticalI have to say that when I opened the kit and started coloring my hard to cover gray roots, I was sure that the color was going to be darker than I wanted. I anxiously waited for the 30 minutes and washed out the color. I was a little disappointed when I saw the wet hair but then I blew dry my hair and I was amazed. The color was the same color my hair was but only better. There are slight variations in the colors and I absolutely love it. Thank you.
