Best thing I ever did was switch to EsalonSo I have never been a fan of going to the hairdressers because I have social anxiety. I have always cut and coloured my own hair at home but I have always used box hair dyes. I have naturally curly hair and I have made so much effort to enhance my curls and take care of my hair over the past few years. However box hair dyes would always leave my hair feeling dry, and my curl pattern would be damaged from them. Since switching to Esalon colours my hair is super soft all the time, it does not feel damaged at all after dying. My curls are the best they have ever been and my hair has literally had a glow up. I am so happy with the product. The colour is beautiful, no damage and leaves the hair looking blended, natural, soft and shiny. Liked color match but grey isn’t coveredProduct came quickly and with easy directions. Like the color match…I sent a picture and I think that was helpful. Run if you are Blond! My hair is orange again!So I was really hoping last time was a fluke but now I received my second order and I followed the instructions to a t and I am really orange this time. No one responded to my emails so I am trying some other company products to see if I can somehow tone down the orange though my hair will never be the blond I asked for. (I am naturally blond with some grays) I am never doing this again and its back to the professional who actually knows how to mix color. So much better...I ordered the no ammonia, it failed to cover greys, I wrote a review e salon contacted me and gave me a credit to get one with ammonia. I tried it and it did an amazing job! Color with Red OvertonesColor has red overtones and does not color temple roots and immediate areas. Color was placed first on the temple area roots with maximum time to let the color work. Pretty box and good qualityThe box contains everything you need but I don't like the colour and the choice is limited Prices are expensive especially the bleach I would like to try but I don't know which volume it is- highlight kit To be fair they have sent me a free colour and I'm trying their toner too which o purchased 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Turned out to a different colourI was impressed with the packaging, shipment, customer service and quality of the product however the colour that I wanted happened to be so absolutely different to how it actually turned out.
