Adjusted and perfectMy colorist helped me to customize exactly what I needed. I was looking for gray coverage and to darken my naturally light colored ends to match my clip in hair piece that I wear and it's perfect!!! The color is great. It has changedI think something changed in the formula recently. I have been using the color for about a year and I feel like the color is now more difficult to apply because it won't wash off well after coloring, even after 2-3 rounds of shampooing. I can get rid of the hair feeling and looking sticky and dirty only after a couple of days which bothers me. I ordered blonde im now this horrible shade of greymy color was adjusted to get rid of the red and now i went from lt blonde to grey drab.. Im highly disappointed and want to return the box that just came .. and get a refund for my previous order as its NOT what i ordered. not even close now I have to redo my hair entirely.. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Loving my colour.I have only just had my colour added to my hair after 7years of non colouring, due to asthma, I had to wait until chest infection cleared up, there were no ill effects & I am delighted with coverage of all my grey. ***UPDATED*** 2 years later and I have gone slightly lighter on a few occasions now and can honestly say I am delighted, each time my colour has come out exactly as desired, without any ill effects, loving the products. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Love itI was a but skeptical about my hair dye as I was desperate to try and get rid of all if. It most of the red undertone in my hair. Hair was a dyed golden brown, I'd put normal browns over but the red always just came straight through. I feel like the dye really took away the red or most of it and has a much more ash, matte look.
