It frys your hairMy hair was a tangled mess after using this product the first time and then my ends were fried. I did not realize the company would just keep sending me more of the dye. I did not want it. The second time I tried it, it covered all my gray (which is a tiny amount) and I used KLORANE conditioner for color treated hair. Much better results that lasted until the fine hairs on the side of my hairline grew out. So I ordered it again. This time it didn't cover any of my gray. I did everything exactly as the instructions said to do. I used the eSalon shampoo and conditioner, I timed how long I left the dye on. I am never ordering from this joke of a company again. Considering I paid $25 for the dye kit and another at least $5 for shipping-- I could have gone to my stylist for about $10 more and had her cover my gray. Wow! Impressive!First of all, customer service: Prompt responses and excellent follow-up procedures. Every one has been kind, friendly and very accommodating. The product: Really excellent instructions are provided; it was so easy to apply, it smells great and leaves my hair shiny and natural looking, not dry and dull or feeling brittle.
