How do they know?I haven't used E-salon in a while so I wasn't sure about the color. I uploaded a couple of photos and chose a color. The consultant emailed me to say that the shade I picked would be too dark and they were adjusting it. I am very happy with the shade they chose! DisappointedThe light auburn color is bland with no vibrancy or life and EVERY time I color, for the next 2 days I have a HORRIBLE buildup on my hair. It feels like product is still in it. I have tried extensive rinses and washes during coloring but it simply is there every time. When I color, I cannot plan to go anywhere for 2 days because my hair is barely comb-able and looks awful like it is greasy. I have used for 3 applications... that is enough to know it is not a good fit for me. (Too bad because I love the convenience - but do hate that I can't simply order 3 bottles each time.
