Great colorMy hair always has brassy undertones when dyed in salon or out of a box. ESalon though has created a color that has zero brassiness and that colors my grays permanently- 8 weeks later and the only gray I have is new growth. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Color was not the same! June 2018The color was the wrong formulation..... It did NOT work. I did everything the same... I am amazed & upset that it will need to be Re-color/touched up.. Changes are not positiveI've been a eSalon user since 2013. The recent changes to the packaging leave much to be desired. The developer had leaked all over the box. The color bottle's large opening makes pouring more of a challenge. Standing in the shower with color everywhere, twice now, I was unable to tear open the shampoo packet because the tab broke off needing me to get out of the shower and find a pair of scissors. Dream colorThis kit was so easy to use, laid out perfectly in the delivery box making each component easy to locate. Strongly advise the extra developer/color if you have longer than shoulder length hair or very thick hair. The color itself (I went with 6.04 Light Brown/ Natural Copper) is beautiful and very rich, while still enhancing the highlights that were in my hair prior to using at home color.
