Unbelievable match with just having sent a photo! Red is SO difficult!Thank you so very much for matching my existing color perfectly!!!!! Although I haven't mastered doing it by myself, I enlisted my daughter. I am thrilled with the results. Best customer service experience ever!I received my color package and was so disappointed when I opened the kit to begin coloring and found that the developer had somehow leaked and had gotten on all the packaged items in my kit...it had been extremely hot during the time of the delivery and that seemed to have caused the leakage to occur. I called customer service and explained the situation (& had taken photos of the developer etc. uncertain as to what was needed to replace the items). I was so happy with the customer service and their promptness in replacing the kit, I emailed them immediately to thank them. The esalon team had a new replacement kit arrive in two days, which was extremely prompt, they followed up by phone to ensure the kit had arrived without any problems and they adjusted my next scheduled color to arrive based on the replacement they provided and didn’t require that I send the damaged product back, which is rare. FINALLY!My colorist, Hannah D, gave me the color I didn’t even know I wanted! Last time, I was very disappointed with the brassy color. Hannah toned down the brass and upped the sass! It is a little darker than I wanted, but again, LOVE IT!💕 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Horrible serviceI changed my formulation, spoke through email with a colorist and even submitted pics of what I wanted. They confirmed my colors would be changed. It came as the same color as was previously received. When I complained they offered to refomulate it for next time and wanted me to send pics again and go through the whole process again. Mean while I have a color I paid for, won't use and they wanted me to pay for another new color. No way! Not the correct color for meI wanted to adjust my color from a dark brown with reddish highlights to more of a chocolate brown color. That is not what I received. My color is a flat dark, dark, dark brown now. I don't like it at all. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Demi-Permanent dried my hair outMy hair became very dry, I followed and pre-read the directions in the box(not rocket science). No response from my "Colorist" . I had to go buy a moisture mask for my hair :0( This is the first Demi that ever dried my hair out which it was drying like a permanent color would be(maybe mix-up) and the color was more brown than red(sad face). I only use Demi on my locks. Super hopeful this would save me from the salon time, unfortunately this was a terrible experience back to the salon for me.. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Finally the Answer.I'm so glad i found you E Salon.I now have a colorist friend who can guide me. no more store with swatches of totally beached out samples dyed to the perfect color that will not be my result. I upload a picture of my cut and color. My new colorist sees me, hears what i want adjusts it FOR ME. If i want to tweak my color i just tell her we work together.The END result IM HAPPY. im set up to have MY COLOR delivered as often and as soon as i want.
