Took me 3 days to get it washed out of my hairIn filling out the questionnaire an saying that I have long thick curly hair I was excited because i thought that i would be sent enough product to color all of my hair and and whatever else would be enough. The shampoo and conditioner packets were maybe 1/2 a tbsp and did not even begin to cover my hair. This product is so waxy, day one my hair looked like i hadn't washed in in a month! It was heavy and greasy, day 2 my roots,were still clumpy and greasy and my ends looked like crap. ColorThe color does not stay on roots very long it seems like I get two weeks and then the gray starts coming out on the roots.its very upsetting. This is my last order . staying powerlove my color... med brown with Mahogany tint. This product definitely lasts longer then color bought off the shelf. great colorThis was the best color I have ever done. I usually try and buy from the regular store but my color always turns out too dark or too red...this was really really close to exactly what I wanted. eSalon Hair ColourI received my Custom Hair Colour very quickly. I applied the colour as per instructions and although the colour took very well it is a little too dark. Soooo happy!I couldn't wait to get my custom color today (i was waay over due) I love love love my color! Its a fabulous red and not too bright or too dark. Not Happy At AllProduct was very runny. Making it hard to apply with a brush/bowl set. Better designed for bottle application. Color selected was a Blonde with Copper. It was to take my very light blonde hair and make it a bit more of a strawberry blonde. I got mid level brown almost auburn. I'm VERY disappointed in the color. I love this colorI have never received so many compliments on my hair even after going to a salon for years. This color is "me" and I love that it comes to my door and is ready to use.
