Long thick hairI described that I have long thick hair in my initial profile. There was not enough color product to pull color through the ends of my hair to blend for final few minutes of processing. Too darkHello. Although I liked the ease of the package usage and that all materials needed are included in the package, I think the light brown is too dark for my hair. I cancelled my account on Nov. 16th.Why did you charge me and send the shipment I cancelled. Not good. Now I am mad. The color has never been correct. I cancelled and received a confirm email on 11/16 that you received my comments. I want my money back....now. This is theft. I will post a negative review in the next 24 hrs if not refunded. Haircolor decent but Highlights awfulI've used the haircolor twice and it was good enough. I wasn't blown away by it. However, the Highlighting kit sent was ridiculous. First, the manner in which I am supposed to highlight is tedious. No cap or any way to keep highlighter from the rest of your hair. Just separate it in this oddly instructed ,hard to grasp way.And I am an intelligent person that can understand very intricate instructions on a many manner of subjects. Then when all was said and done the color was wrong all wrong.I'll just go back to my tried and true L'Oreal highlighter. Or an even better idea.
