Grey coverage not completeI purchased a light brown ash to redo my light brown natural roots and cover grey. It stripped my hair a little, revealing brassy undertones, which worked against the neutral to ash brown look I was trying to achieve. Wrong colorI don’t know what happened but I colored my hair and it came out really ashy and dull. The box was different if that makes any difference. So far up until now everything has been great. I haven’t done anything to change my hair since I’ve been using you. So I don’t know if it got mixed up with someone else’s or what. Just letting you know so you can review it. Hot headedAfter receiving my remixed colour it took a while to get it done due to medical reasons. The roots took most of the colour but then the length of my hair badly coloured which I was very disappointed about. 😲 The colour I chose stood out slightly onto but by my ears & bellow my own colour. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Too redI received my first kit and tried it. Too much red. So I let them know and they sent me one for free which was very nice! But the 2nd one was again too red. I was trying to go for a darker blonde or light brown. This was auburn. So I gave up. Great idea but it’s too hard to get the right color 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Beautiful color-- absolutely NO staying powerThis color was the dream-- at first. The shade was perfect, the application was easy, and it came in a timely manner. But after washing my hair only 3 times (with color-care shampoo), the color was mostly washed out. I canceled immediately.
