Beautiful ColorI love the color, the depth and richness. My problem is when I wash it out. I have to shampoo 2-3 times in order to get all the product out. I find it very frustrating, but the color is so much better than the store box. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Pretty close to amazing, but some flawsThe process of coloring my hair was painless. The directions were really easy to follow. My hair still feels really soft after coloring. However, I know this isn't a perfect science and all hair is different, but the end result was really NOTHING like I asked for. And my colorist never spoke to me or asked any questions before sending the color. I realize my request might not have been feasible, but I should have been told that before the color was sent so I could modify it and not be disappointed that it came out so different. That being said, the color I've ended up with I do like. It is just darker than I was hoping, and my roots are brassy (immediately after coloring). I will try one more time, but if I don't get more feedback and interaction with a colorist, it will likely be the last time I use eSalon. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Disappointing for the first time everI have been using your product for a long time and never had any reason to complain only praise for this amazing product. However my last order seemed to be a little sparse. The bottle shape has altered looks smaller but assuming the amount of product is the same...I did not have enough ...I usually have about a 50p size blob left to put through ends before rinsing off.This time I barely had enough to cover roots. My daughter applies my colour for me and noticed it too. Color didn't hold/coverDidn't have good gray coverage. I don't have a lot but immediately saw the ones I do come through after rinsing color off. After 2nd shampoo there was a lot of color loss. ColorHi, this was the second time my color didn’t seem great. It’s lighter and lighter with no blue tone in it at all. I tried to complain once and you sad I’m dying my hair wrong. Now it was lighter again. I understand mistakes can happen , admit them though.
