Amazing color - saving so much moneyHello Esalon, I would like to send you some feedback. I was recommended to you by a coworker, I was hesitant to say the least. I thought to get a good color you had to pay at least $300 at a salon. I sent in my request and thought there was no way that you could match the color i wanted, boy way i wrong. The color you sent me was absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier. The instructions were easy to follow and the quality of the product was like a salon. My outcome was shiny and beautiful hair in the color I wanted. I used to spend so much money just to get my roots done and this is such an amazing option for a very reasonable price. Didn’t change colour as requested at allFollowed instructions to the letter, my hair looked the same as before although it did cover my roots/greys, my old highlights were literally still there - gave up and caved in to a shop bought box dye, very disappointed as this was the second time after being unhappy with first colour outcome. perfect color for me!I am a natural redhead/auburn and now as I am aging (currently 67) it had lightened dramatically. Your staff has been wonderful to work with and have made adjustments and now I LOVE my hair color and often stopped by strangers with compliments. This is Awesome HaircoloreSalon has a great product for my hair, which, given my aging process interrupting my easy-going hair of years past, is a big deal. My old hair color was not cutting it for this 60+ woman, and this brought it back to life. Love the quality and the results. Besides that, the directions are very clear and detailed, I never run out of color before it is done and I feel better about dealing with the thinning hair in one spot, thick, ridiculous hair in another, and the dryness that was exaggerated by other hair color products. Aging is not for the weak, and eSalon has given me an extension on the time before I give up coloring and go with the grey. (IF I ever choose to do that of course.)
