Best at home color hands down.I sent pictures of my current color with pretty deep roots and picked a color I thought would work to match my natural color. I also stated that I was open to suggestions if they thought I should use a different color. Luckily they were actually reviewing my pictures & assessing my goal- they said what I picked was too dark and sent something else. I’m SO glad they did!! What my colorist picked was perfect!!! Perfect!! Finally!!I was totally surprised and super happy that i finally found the perfect color result and doesn't damage my hair actually feels better after coloring. So personalized and convenient and turned out great!I love the ease of choosing my color online. There were so many choices. I love how easy i tweaked it for my next order. The shampoo and conditioner in the kit were very nourishing and detangling. The color turned out great. My hair is still healthy.
