I couldn’t fault esalon, from the beautiful personalised packaging to the support they provide; they are brilliant. I got the exact colour I was hoping for and it feels incredible. Highly highly recommend!!

Great newer customer service!! 3rd time to retouch roots

We had missed a small, but noticeable section abt 2 “ above my ear from the hairline to behind my ear!!! I called, expecting to pay for a new kit. Instead I was sent another kit by priority to correct the mistake. So impressed. Also whomever I speak with, is always so gracious and full of great tips/info.

The Esalon team listened carefully to my feedback on the colour tone I received in my first order and adjusted the colour to exactly how I wanted. It took a long time to receive my order though. I recommend this website!!

The color is just as I weanted it to be. I love that I can change it anytime, and ask for advice. My hair stay soft and light, and the colour shines even after 6 weeks.
