Custom hair colorI was scared to color my hair. I didn't think someone could take my picture and look at my hair and face and to decide what color my hair should be. I chose the color , but they wrote back that they thought it wouldn't look the best that they could custom mix one to look much better. Do I let them. I was so scared to color my hair cause we are talking about red here. I have had some bad salon experiences, but this person only had a picture. So I did it. I love this company: Product, Service, PriceI was spending hundreds of dollars on having my hair colored at the salon. As my grey started to become more prevalent I noticed roots showing up every three weeks. Not wanting to spend my kids' college tuition at the salon, I went weeks with white roots. This is not pretty at 47 years old. Then my friend told me about eSalon. I saw an ad on Facebook and placed an order. I uploaded pictures and wrote to them about why I started going to the salon and stopped using box color (my hair was falling out and damaged). I was so impressed with my first color! I have salon highlights so I just did my roots with a brush. Wow. There are so many dimensions to my color. My hair is healthier and has more shine than ever! I love it. For some reason I did not receive my second order. The eSalon customer service team was extremely responsive over email, and they even called me! They sent a new kit free of charge. Hair ColorFirst my hair turned out awesome than in couple weeks later my greys started showing again in the roots. Therefore I had to use hair color from home. New colorThe new color that was made for my ends turned out so beautiful!! I think that if you could add just a touch more of the red to deepen the color, it would be the perfect tone I am looking for. The only thing I have a question about is that it seems to fade so quickly. Is there a product that I should be using to help maintain the color longer?
