My hair wasn't like a cop or my hair was more of an orange on top very light youThe color was not as copperish it was more orange because of the other color that was on top from the other box so I have to wait and let some of it go out and then I'll recolor it with the copper and hopefully it'll be the color but I don't need any more for right now I have two boxes still from the first time I had to red and I have the copper 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Leaking bottlesIt's hit and miss! A couple of my orders have arrived with stains on the box from leaking bottles. I feel this affects product quality and should be addressed. No longer covers grays.I have been an esalon customer for almost two years. For the past few shipments, the color no longer covers my gray well. What it does cover , fades quicker, and it is no longer covering resistant grays that it had always covered in the past. This does not seem like the same quality product I have always received. Colour does not last, and more expensive.I am noticing what others have noticed. The colour does not last as it used to and it is more expensive.
