Most recent color turning pinkAagghh!!! My color is going from a dark red to pink, not at all what I wanted or expected. I requested a change in my color to more closely get my color to ginger biscuit red which should be more of a copper, less dark red, and will hopefully prevent this turning pink issue. I find it disturbing, especially since it has only been in my hair for less than 3 weeks. Didn't cover my graysThis is the second time I try this product. The first time, I followed the directions and my hair didn't pick up the color with one use so I did it twice since I had product left over and then my hair took up the dye. The same thing happened this second time around, none of my grays picked up the color so I have uneven color throughout. MisleadingI tried this colour out and it didn’t seem to cover at all. I have tried contacting them and all I seem to be told is the department I need to speak too is unavailable and someone will get back to me by email. Color is lovely at firstThe color has not completely covered my gray hair. It is like it’s stained but not completely covered.
