Mistake in my orderI received an all over color with my root set that I didn't order. At first I thought that was so great of eSalon to include something extra for no charge and I still think that IF they put more thought into it. It was too dark and turned all of my hair brown and I'm a blond. The only reason I used it is because I trusted eSalon and assumed it was the right thing for my hair since they included it with my set. I can't wait to get my color done at a salon so I can get rid of this brown. Did not coverI had my Daughter do my hair with the brush supplied so I would not miss anywhere. I could still see the gray at the hair line and part especially at the top back of my head. I don't know if my hair is just stubborn or not conducive with your product but I have had better results from a store brand. The strong smell was nauseating, color way offThe smell of the product was so strong that even though I had the ceiling fan and AC on, I thought I was going to pass out. Could barely breath. Had to finish applying it outside in my backyard and even then, the smell was awful. Then after surviving the application and the 30 min, the outcome was not at all the color I wanted. The color is exactly what I wanted...but the product is very harsh and the smell of ammonia almost overwhelming. Although I am happy with the color I do not think I will be ordering from esalon again. ***Update, I use only the finest shampoos and conditioners formulated specifically for color-treated hair but my hair now looks brassy.
