Game ChangerAfter swearing myself to professional color only, I finally tried eSalon when my grays made maintaining my red color too expensive. I just accepted the idea that I wouldn't love it as much as my salon color, but the savings would be worth it. I was so wrong...I actually love my eSalon color MORE than my expensive salon color! The instructions were clear (although each section took longer than they said it should) and the color is beautiful, rich, and natural-looking (tough for red!). LOOKS GREAT!This color works great! The only issue I have is it makes my scalp itch for a few days after I color. I have sensitive skin, so I'm guessing it's just a sensitive scalp. No issues with the color itself. I did ask to lighten the color slightly on my next batch. I have found that if I start on the front like the instructions say for covering grays, it ends up too dark. This time we started in the back and the color is MUCH better. Not overly dark as in the past few times! Amazing!I have a professional nail technician license, and with that, I can purchase professional hair color products also. I have been trying out and using so many well known professional hair color products for years to cover my greys, but nothing has worked as well as eSalon. I started to have grey hair since age 26, and now I am 40. I was always careful to use shampoo for color treated hair, but still, after 3 to 4 washed, my grey started to show. A quick note, I shower every other day. Since I began to use eSalon coloring, it lasted until my new hair started to grow.
