Perfect matchFirst time using e salon and I’m so happy I found them . The quiz / questionnaire is a definite must . My match was perfect to my natural color which is a light black . When I was younger I was always terrified of getting grey hair and needing constant color for my roots and it not matching and the dark staining around my hairline after . Color MatchOn my first order, the grey coverage and color was off by a 1/2 shade to a shade. I spoke with a color specialist who adjusted my color for better grey coverage and a darker shade and the next batch was a perfect color blend! Very easy process for a 1st time user. Beautiful color.My husband and I are sheltering in during the pandemic and doing each other’s hair which has been rather fun.This is the first time I have colored my own hair after 25 years of salon color. I have to say that I like the color better! The instructions were clear. A plastic bowl, plastic clips and cape were super helpful and we used them for my husband’s cut as well!
