Loving it !I opened my box today and colored my hair. Loved the packing and how individualized it is for the customer. Easy to use. Very well instructions given. Enough tubes to cover my hair. It is so smooth and lush. I do feel that the color turned out a little darker than I expected even though I timed it as per instructions. Great newer customer service!! 3rd time to retouch rootsWe had missed a small, but noticeable section abt 2 “ above my ear from the hairline to behind my ear!!! I called, expecting to pay for a new kit. Instead I was sent another kit by priority to correct the mistake. So impressed.
