3rd times a charm - my color is absolutely PERFECTION!I tweaked my formula 3 times before it was absolutely perfect. BUT, the first two were good, but still a smidge reddish than I wanted (my hair easily picks up reds). The color expert worked with me to tweak each one and now it's so so perfect. Little tweaks make a big difference. Thank you so much for this affordable way to dye my hair at home. I'm usually able to dye my hair in the morning while getting ready before starting work!
