It’s ok I don’t think it really protects your hair from getting split ends when using hot irons.

I was excited to order this product, after reading the reviews. And I was expecting to love it, as I’ve had good luck with pretty much everything else I’ve ordered from e-salon. I’m trying to grow my hair out and be better about protecting my hair when blow drying.
The first time I used this and dried my hair, my hair felt gross...as if I hadn’t washed all of my shampoo out. The texture felt weird and I fought the urge to wash my hair immediately again. I didn’t think it was the product though- I genuinely thought I just didn’t wash my shampoo out enough or something. I only wash my hair maybe once a week now, as I work from home permanently and rarely see human beings (LOL) and washed my hair once a week for a few weeks with this same result, and the only thing that had changed was the triple prep, but I just kept assuming it was something else.
I then went away one weekend to visit my mom, and used her hair products while away. My hair felt great, and normal. When back home, I washed my hair, used this product, and dried my hair again...and that’s when I realized it WAS the triple prep that was making my hair feel so disgusting. I will never use it again.
My hair is fine, but I have a lot of hair; so it appears thick. Maybe this would be better for people with thicker hair types?

The directions are written in a very small font in white on a light orange bottle. Did anyone in the marketing department check to see if their customers could actually read them? I had to go back on line to get the directions.

I used this several times and it seemed okay but the smell was a bit overbearing and gave me a headache (I am sensitive to scents). The last time I used this product,it made my head itch and burn so badly that I had to shower and wash my hair again.

I bought this product. I see no change in my hair at all. It seems like it is more "drying" than protecting... I would not buy this again.
