If you want to use a brush and bowl to dye your hair, eSalon provides the brush. If you want to just use your hands, they supply the gloves. There is the color, shampoo, conditioner, and great little wipes to get the extra off your skin! Great packaging, great color, easy to use and didn't smell like ammonia. I dyed my hair exactly 4 weeks ago and it still looks great. I has not faded and it has not bled out when I wash it. I would recommend this and will be getting it again.

I'm totally impressed. eSalon gets it RIGHT all the time. I change formulas from season to season from light to dark and then some. They stand by their product and even rush orders like in a case of it not arriving and having a wedding to attend in a few days. Product arrived and eSalon saved the day! This hair color formulation was so perfect that my daughter, who is a Senior Hairstylist and Salon Manager,
was impressed by both the product and the awesome packaging.
When I told her I had ordered hair color online she said, "oh mom"! in that exasperated tone.

My hair has never felt this good after being colored, and I have very difficult hair - dry and brittle. However, my hair now feels like silk - this is a new thing for me, and I get many comments on how pretty my hair looks, and how much they love the color! I LOVE eSalon! I love that they auto ship my custom hair color every four weeks. The whole process couldn't be easier. I even referred my sister and mother in law and they love it as well. I was at my salon last week getting my hair cut and my stylist asked, "You don't color your hair, do you?" She thought my hair was my natural color. That says it all!

As I use Esalon hair color it gets easier and the results are exactly what I want. I love the fact that my color is custom and I can use it at home with little or no difficulty. I would recommend Esalon to anyone.

I ordered this 2 and a half years ago and never even opened the box. Against advice, yes I called customer service who was extremely nice and helpful, I decided to try it anyway. I know it is not recommended after 1 year- but I braved it and tried it anyways. I'm telling you it colored my gray roots and the color was a beautiful match. Just as good as the stylist I've been paying $80 to do. Excellent product. I can't wait to do it again. That's an extra $55 in my pocket every time. I think I'll use it for a pedicure! That is much more fun.

I get compliments all the time on my hair color. It is so natural looking, and so easy to apply yourself! I loved how you worked with me to get just the right shade. Plus all the wonderful directions. It leaves my hair feeling wonderful and not at all dried out. The price is great too!

After spending so much money and time going to the salon to have my hair done, I am so glad to have found eSalon. I don't mean to sound indifferent or weird, but my hairdresser who I had gone to for years and years suddenly died. I spent months not doing anything to my hair because I wasn't sure where I wanted to go and who I would trust. Then I came across some information about eSalon and decided at the price I could at least give it a try. I had watched my hairdresser color my hair over and over and felt confident I could do it and I did! I was so pleased and everyone really complimented my color. It was not hard to do at all and I love being able to do it at home where I can do a few other things while I am waiting on the color to work. Unless something drastic happens, I never plan to go back to a brick-and-mortar salon for hair color. I'm sticking with eSalon!

You know when you go to your hairdresser and you say you'd like your hair color to be more this or less that? Then you get something different from what you said? What I love the most is the ability to make adjustments that are exactly what I want. I have found my perfect color. It's so convenient to have it delivered staight to my home.

I LOVE my e-salon hair color. It is made exactly the color and shade I want, and is sent directly to my home. It comes with everything needed, including delicious smelling shampoo and conditioner. I am sent an e-mail before each new hair color is to be prepared. At that time if I want to make hair color changes, all I have to do is mention what changes I want.

I love this hair color. It is rich and long lasting. My husband commented on how nice my hair has been looking; and he usually doesn't notice. My hair looks better than when I have it colored at the salon. Would recommend to anyone.

I have always had a professional hairstylist however tough times have prevented me from having this luxury, I saw a post on FB and gave the eSalon a try. I was very pleasantly surprised. The color match was perfect, it covered my greys and was super easy to apply. I would highly recommend this product to my family/friends. It is also a nice touch when you receive you package because your name appears on the product.

I've been coloring my hair for twenty plus years, sometimes professionally but mostly at home. The eSalon color and quality well surpasses any I've used, my color lasts much longer than the box brands and grows out gracefully, no fading or brassiness, love love love this product

The process to order was hassle-free. The color is pretty much identical to my natural hair color, which is what i wanted. My colorist name was Danielle S. I did upload a photo, so I would recommend doing that, I'm sure it makes their job easier. First impression: very impressed

Personalized instructions. ..Work with your Hair color person to adjust your color to your exact want...I really enjoyed the experience so far and save quite a bit of money as well as my hair is closer to what I want then it was in a salon, and I don't hurt anyone's feelings

Every redhead knows how difficult it is to get the perfect shade! With trepidation I bought eSalon's product: I've had years of searching for that unique color. I was more than surprised when I got two separate products: one for the roots and one for the ends. This was a first. Then the finished product was incredible: not only the color I've been craving for years, but soft, silky, shining locks! There is no question that this is a superior product, the color matching and soft hair alone prove that. But apart from quality, the other feature of this product that is so important to me is the power house colorists behind it who can guarantee my receiving this exact shade when I need it, instead of wondering if the drug store will have it in stock the next time I need it. My only suggestion to eSalon would be to provide more conditioner: I had enough, but I like a lot! Job very well done, eSalon!

The quality of the color is just as good as the color I used to pay 3x as much for. It's easy, doesn't dry out my hair. The color is so much better than anything I've ever purchased in a drug store. No more brassy color. Love, love, love it.

I can honestly say that I was surprised with the results. The color not only took, but lasted twice as long as box color and has just started to fade with my new shipment due soon. I'm really glad I tried this product.

I just finished coloring my hair with my third personalized color set. Each time I have tweaked my color just a little to achieve the most true to my natural color. I love the quality of the product and the convenience of having it delivered to my door. I highly recommend it as a wonderful alternative to purchasing over the counter hair color.

What is there not to like? The price is great, and the quality of results is amazing. My hair is healthy, shiny, and by using the multi-tonal custom color, my gray is covered and it even looks as if I have subtle highlights! I love my eSalon color!

Best Hair Color Ever

This is the best hair color I've ever used! All store bought products left my hair different shades. The color wouldn't color my gray roots. Esalon does. It leaves all my hair the same shade. It covers my gray and it lasts longer. I've even been told that my hair looks so healthy!! I'm recommending it to my friends and family. It's a bit more expensive but it's worth it. But it's cheaper than going to a salon.
