This was the first time I colored my own hair. Your instructions and personal care made this very easy to do. I was so pleased by the results! The color was beautiful and natural and my hair felt silky and conditioned. I have found my new hair color!!

I couldn’t believe how well it matched my roots! Every time I usually get my hair done at the salon, my roots are always way brighter than the rest of my hair until it fades. This was a perfect match from the roots to the bottom with first application!

I was a Box color goddess. I have always colored my own hair for the last 15 years. My color comes off of a shelf never again. I gave my colorist full control. I said I want you to go ahead and make something that you think will make me look good. Never would I have picked this color that I have now, but It looks amazing!!! Compliments my skin, my eyes! This was my first esalon purchase so I was a bit worried about getting the right color for my roots. I can't say enough how absolutely perfect the color I received was!! I ordered medium brown with a hint of red and I have copper highlights. The color I got to color my roots was seamless with my existing color. I mean perfect! I did send a picture with my order so maybe that helped. All I know is I was so very happy with it. The kit is complete with everything I needed. My daughter applied it for me but honestly I could do it myself, it might just take a bit more effort. It's been a month now and the color has not faded or washed off at all. I can't thank esalon enough. I've been spending over a hundred dollars at my salon every month for YEARS. No more! Thank you thank you THANK YOU ESALON!!!

The custom color set was amazing! Easy follow directions, and the color was exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be using this color system from now on, so much cheaper then going to a salon and the results are just as good.

I had never colored my own hair before and was skeptical about how it would turn out. Surprisingly, it was an easy process and the results are fantastic! The color was spot on and I will definitely be ordering again between visits to my salon for haircuts. I’ve even convinced my sister to order and she is very particular with her hair, but very impressed with your product!

During this pandemic I purchased my custom color set to color my grey outgrowth. In all my 65 years, I have never colored my own hair!

With Covid 19 & a stay at home order, I was unable to get to the salon. ESalon came to the rescue! The color was excellent & the service was very good! I highly recommend them. The cost is also economical.

I got EXACTLY what I needed from this kit. It colored my gray, and allowed me to keep my highlights. Also, my hair was not damaged one bit. It was easy to use with great instructions. People thought I had someone professional do my hair!!

Completement bluffée!!
Un peu d appréhension avant de me lancer mais en suivant les tutos, j ai parfaitement réussi. Une super couverture des cheveux blancs, aucune trace sur la peau grâce à la pommade appliquée préalablement.
Une résultat de salon à la maison, en 1h chrono (application, pause, rinçage, shampooing et après shampooing). Un gain de temps et d'argent.
Merci le confinement !! Sans ça je ne me serais peut être pas lancée !! 😄😄😄

I really like the results and appreciated the personal attention to making sure the color is right!
Perhaps it's just me (new to home coloring!)...but seems like this definitely requires a "helper" to effectively apply all-over color and rinse sufficiently. Directions are clear and specific but would be helpful to give tips for successfully coloring your own hair!

I'm SO happy with my hair color! This is the first time I've ever colored my hair. I was nervous but I followed the instructions well and with the help of my hubby, it turned out beautiful! Next time will be easier and I've saved money plus it's a beautiful color! To top it off, it colored my long gray roots perfectly! I'm so happy with eSalon! Bravo and my personal thanks!

I love my color this time more than ever before. It seems like there were golden highlights added! I added a bottle of the Classic Conditioner to my order along with the cape (to keep the DIY process less messy!} and couldn't be happier. Even my husband and daughter commented that the color and condition of my hair is much improved! Thank you, Esalon and my hair colorist!!

It was great coverage, I would however like less red undertone. I naturally have some red/orange in my hair and it gravitates towards that often otherwise It was easy to apply and hassle free ordering and delivery right to my door. I am looking forward to my next color set. Thank you.

The online colorist got this exactly right - super happy with the results. The first order was good and pretty much on target for the color I was trying to match. For the second order I asked for a slight adjustment to try brightening up the color a little, and it turned out great. Color was totally on point and the responsiveness to my feedback was great.

Being a blonde, I was very weary about coloring my hair at home instead of the salon. In the past, every time I tried a box color, my hair turned out brassy/orange which was horrifying and costly to fix. Esalon made a perfect and natural looking color for me and I am so excited to share this with my friends. While enduring the Stay in Place order in MN, it made my day better to have some self care today that worked and turned out lovely. I highly recommend Esalon and will continue to use this color system for maintenance even when my salon opens!!

I regularly have my roots done by a hairdresser every 6-7 weeks, an expensive business but worth it. The current lockdown meant i developed a noticeable inch of grey/white at my roots. So turned to e-salon as an inbetween measure. But i am so impressed that i think i will not be going back to the hairdresser. The colour match is spot on, definitely as good as the hairdresser. I worried that I would have a band of different colour but no. My hair also feels in great condition. Of course this was my first go. It was not that difficult to do either so even the ease of going to the hairdresser will not really justify 4-5 times the price!

Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass die Qualität der Haarfarbe wirklich so ein Riesenunterschied zur Farbe ist, die man im Drogeriemarkt kauft. Das Ergebnis ist wirklich toll, Preis-Leistungsverzeichnis ist ausgezeichnet. Ich habe keine Migräne von der Farbe wie bei den Farben aus dem Drogeriemarkt, mein Haaransatz und die Längen haben einen sanften Farbübergang, die Grauabdeckung ist sehr gut. Die Farbe fällt nicht aus den Haaren und färbt nach dem Waschen nicht ab auf den Handtüchern oder über Nacht auf den Kopfpolster. Die beigelegten Produkte (Shampoo, Conditioner, Vaseline und Tüchlein gegen Verfärbungen) sind von hoher Qualität und haben einen sehr angenehmen Duft. Die Anleitung ist klar und sehr gut verständlich. Das Päckchen ist sehr liebevoll zusammengestellt. Ich freue mich jedes Mal, das Päckchen zu öffnen. Haarefärben zu Hause ist mit eSalon eine Freude!

I was astonished just how good a match this product was to the colour my
hairdresser uses. My hair is still almost all still my own colour even though I am 76 but my hairdresser said under no circumstances should I go grey cos red haired people are often very pale. Really worried about lockdown but the colour you sent was perfect. Thank you

Was really pleased with my colour had took photos of my colour which I uploaded and esalon matched the colour for me. I usually get my colour done in the hairdressers but due to the Coronavirus pandemic was unable to get my hair done. Colour was perfect wasn’t expecting it to be so good have recommended to friends will definitely use again. They also send u instructions and you can always tweek the colour if needed but didn’t have to do this as it was fab , brilliant service .

When I received my latest box of color, there was a card inside explaining that the formula had changed to a creamier texture. I love it! It's easier to apply and my hair is much smoother. I was getting worried because my hair wasn't looking as healthy. In fact, I had scheduled an appointment with someone to have it colored. Then coronavirus hit and I had to cancel that appointment. So glad this new formula came to me in the interim. I can continue to color my own hair. Thank you, eSalon!

I was nervous about trying this out at home having only ever had my hair coloured by professionals in a salon before now. However, the kit is perfectly presented with very easy to follow instructions and the best thing - it works and the colour is really very good - practically identical to what I would normally have. The result may not be perfect underneath (my fault for not being through enough), but it's definitely a massive improvement on how my roots were looking. Highly recommended.

I'm so happy I decided to color my own hair during the quarantine. I not only like the color better (dark blonde) than I had been getting at the salon, but of course it is much less money and was very easy to do. I have short hair and had no problem applying the color (I used bowl and brush) and it covered my gray well. I did miss a couple of inconspicuous spots so next time I will get my husband's help to make sure I have it all covered. Customer service is great also.

I liked the fact that it was the first time I ever had enough dye to do my whole head. Good covering of gray, next time I think I'll have some one help me and use the brush method. I noticed where I didn't get good coverage on the top center of my head. I have been dying my own hair for many years. I'm glad I tried this product.

This was my first time using esalon for color and I couldn’t be more pleased! The color is rich and after my hair was softer and shinier than it has been in a long time. I think the included color preserving shampoo and conditioner helped toward these results. It completely covered my gray and looked great for a very reasonable price.

I had been paying a boatload of money for Years (!) to have my hair colored every five weeks. Late last year, I saw an e-salon Facebook video and decided to give it a try. I mean! The color was perfect and my hair looked and felt healthy. Then the country went in lock down and I continued to receive my product -on schedule- and not have three months of roots to contend with. I have gotten lots of compliments on my hair color since I switched over. It seemedto dry my hair out a bit more than the store boxes I had been using but paired with the moisturizing mask, it is perfect. My color looks good, my hair feels good. Happy I made the change.

The esalon team are amazing! My color was an exact match to what I had already! Jennifer couldn’t have been more helpful. I had some communications with her and I was always pleased with response time and advice. The kit is so professional, with all the things my colorist uses in the salon. Definitely using this product again and again!!

I used my first e Salon custom colour on my roots and found the whole process very good everything is included in kit and I was pleased with result will definitely use again.

My hair is seriously difficult to dye and poorly holds the color for any length of time. This custom color set both covers the hair but also gives highlights and slight variation of color, close to natural and attractive. I waited for the second, third washing to expect loss of color-fade out. No way! This is a quality product for color and healthy care for hair manageability! 👍❤️

I love my hair color!! I get so many compliments. My hair stylist was also impressed. I like that this was formulated for me. I told my sister who also purchased her hair color. She is so excited that it turned out perfectly. She is telling all her friends.

I have been curious about Madison Reed for a while and with the current quarantine situation, I thought I would give it a try. I am so happy I did! After answering some questions, Jennifer from Madison Reed whipped up the perfect color formulation for me. The process was easy and the results were amazing. My 9 year old daughter was my assistant and the color looked salon worthy, all at a fraction of the usual cost.

I've used boxed dyes for years, but this by far was the best at-home color I've ever done! I highly recommend to anyone who has ever been scared to color their hair at home. The super-easy instructions make this almost fool-proof, and the results are wonderful! I will definitely keep using!

I was amazed at how perfectly matched the color was to my hair especially since it was matched from a picture I sent in. The product is also very nourishing and my hair did not dry out after using. I will definitely be ordering again.

I have been coloring my hair for years with other coloring and after a lot of washings the color fade. I have been using my custom coloring set and I can go longer with my coloring and no fading after my washings.

The color did a great job at hiding my greys. I could have been more careful in my application. I lost a lot of hair due to knotting. So my advice would be to apply carefully. I dyed my hair more than two weeks ago and I am still pleased with the results.

I cannot believe how accurate my color was. My highlights were left intact and the color looks perfect. I was so nervous but really feel the colorist took the time to match to my photo that I provided. I am a true believer and cannot say enough good about your product. Thank you for making me feel human again during this quarantine.
