This conditioner is ok. My hair does come out feeling soft but the amount that is required, about 8 pumps, to condition my shoulder length hair seems like a lot. For the cost of the product I would have hoped it would go farther. I probably will no purchase again, but instead go back to my original product.

It worked good but couldn't stand the smell. It was horrible. I finally threw it away after a couple of times. I will continue to use the regular Love conditioner. It's wonderful.

As a Black woman, I try to stick with specific hair products. When offered an opportunity to try the Gliding hair conditioner I thought all conditioner is created the same e.g. detangle.
While in the shower washing my hair, I was forced to reach for my regular conditioner, because Gliding left me matted in the shower. It was a nightmare experience.
Women of kinky hair beware!!!!

Tangled hair

My hair is fine and tangles very easily! Nothing I have found really helps. This product makes my hair feel smoother but the tangles do not come out after I apply it. The shampooing process seems to create the tangled mess my hair gets into. I have below shoulder length hair and would like to grow it out but because of breakage I can't get it any longer.

I was hoping that this conditioner would make it easier to de-tangle my hair. I think it actually made it worse! It smells nice but I wasn't impressed with the results.

It detangles my hair and smells nice. However, after a week of using it, I can not tell any difference in my hair. It still gets just as frizzy as it did before I started using this. So on the promises of smoothing frizz, it's a bust for me

This is impossible to pump out quickly in the shower, where there is no countertop to balance the bottle while you pump little tiny squirts. I rebottled to my old Burt's Bees bottle, but no more. When this gets a redesign, I'll order. It's a shame, because this line really smooths my hair!

I bought this a few months ago, and I truly tried to give it a chance. I bought both shampoo and conditioner in order to get the full advantage of both products. I am NOT happy with at all. I know sometimes it takes awhile for your hair to get used and to get the full benefits of the products. I found that after a few weeks of using, my hair is no better and seems to be a bit dryer. It's a bummer because I have tight ringlet naturally curly hair and when it gets dried out my hair becomes frizzy and overall makes my overall appearance look sloppy and unkempt. I am up for trying a different product because curly hair can be finicky but I am unsure I want to put the money out for a product that may not work. I hope it works for people, it just doesn't work for me.

I purchased this conditioner thinking that it would be a great detangler for my fine hair. Unfortunately, it didn't quite do the job. The Heart Lock It conditioner packet that came with my hair color did a way better job, so I'll be ordering that one in the future.

Still Frizzing

This product did not work for me. Actually frizzing was worse. I went back to the traditional Love Shampoo and Conditioner. On a side note the smell was very strong. It reminded me of hairspray old women use to have helmet hair. It also gave me a slight headache.

I use just a very small amount of conditioner, just on the ends, and my hair feels really heavy afterward. I only use the conditioner every 2-3 shampoos
